We have left the cypress forests, snow, agricultural fields/areas as we headed to the Sahara Desert & sand dune area. Yesterday we travelled from dunes to rocky- Zion NP terrain. We are in Todra Canyon. Small community with very traditional housing. Alleys are alluring. Irrigation systems have been around for over 1000 years. Almond, peach, quince, apple trees.
